I like all the things about this barrel except it doesn’t stay open very well on top. It collapses unless you have it at least half full at all times.

So far the barrel holds water-but only put in 20 gallons until it rains. The reason for three stars-the description clearly states there is a hose included. Not only was no hose included to attach between barrels but it was short one of the rods that make the side ridged. There are 9 pockets for rods-yet there were only 8 in the box. You get what you pay for, I guess. Wish I would’ve ordered a different one. Also-the box had obviously been opened and retaped shut. So-did the missing parts get lost along the way or was there no parts inspection before it got sent out I chose to keep it, prop it against the wall where it’s missing a support rod and had to pay 10 bucks out of pocket to buy a vinyl tube to attach to neighboring barrel. Not such a bargain after all.

We have set up the rain barrel and it is working great for us.

This looks to be better than rated if I had all the parts in unbroken condition.
