Bought this glass bathroom shelf, it arrived missing hardware and out had a defect. I went to return it and was denied. They offered me a 10% refund to keep it. So you want me to lose 90% on something I can't use, a product you should take back? They did offer to replace the parts but I needed to install it immediately, so I went locally to replace it. Their own policy states which items are not returnable, this did not fall into one of them. Also, the policy states my cart would state if it was not eligible for return, it did not. I'll never buy from this site again. I've challenged with my card, up next are regulatory and BBB complaints.
