This shoe/storage entry cabinet took me about 90 minutes to assemble on my own. Overall, I’m happy with the quality, it’s a heavy piece one assembled, the drawer is nice. The hinges were the hardest part to attach. You will need a drill for some of the screws since the holes are marked but not pre-drilled. I also left out one shelf, as another reviewer suggested, to make room for taller shoes/boots. One downside- the package arrived with a lot of stain/dye in one corner. That seemed like a manufacturing issue and I had to be careful to open the box outside to avoid getting dye in the house. Also, I put my own knobs on the cabinet, which was easy to do and adds charm! I just finished assembly. It took me way too long but I got it done! It looks beautiful. You do have to be careful with some of the screws in the manufactured wood but the finished product is solid. I do think the back panels should be the same manufactured wood as the rest. The very thin nails to secure part of the cardboard panels are difficult to hold let alone nail in. Really nice cabinet, bigger than I thought it would be and holds a lot of shoes. Fits my bedroom space perfectly. I put 2 shoe cabinets side by side for double the storage and for a tv stand.
