This money lock box is amazing. It feels sturdy and well made and I really like the professional look that it has. It comes with two keys and the lock appears to be sturdy. The inside has sections for bills and there are also compartments at the bottom for coins or other small items. Does the job for cash drops without the cheap-safe feel I needed something that could take deposits without opening the door every time. That’s the whole point of this unit, and it works the way it should. Envelope or cash goes in the slot and stays in. The anti-fish design isn’t a gimmick — you can’t just fish something back out. Access is the other reason I kept it. Fingerprint is fastest for daily use. Keypad is there if someone else needs in. Backup keys for when batteries die, which they will eventually. Set the prints while the door is open and test them a few times before you lock anything important inside. The steel feels like a commercial box, not a thin home safe. I bolted it down. Don’t skip that. A drop safe only helps if it stays put. Practical notes: keep spare batteries nearby, don’t store the emergency keys inside the safe, and give the fingerprint reader a wipe if it starts missing.
