I also appreciated that all the pre drilled holes were fine and did not need cleaning out or drilling, all the required hardware fit perfectly. Our toilet tank is flush with the wall so we left the bottom support crosspiece off until we fitted the bottom portion over the toilet, we then added the crosspiece in place, then the top unit. I needed a shelf for my bathroom convenient to fit above the toilet, which this shelf came out perfectly. I have been wanting to find a 3 tier shelf to reduce the clutter on my sink and this shelf did the job. The wood is manufactured and a bit flimsy but what can you expect. I am still satisfied with the outcome. It had all the tools to assemble together and had great visual step by step instructions. It did not take long to put together especially when using a screw gun although it comes with a manual piece. It is nice looking and we love that it holds so much, especially living in a small apartment. it took a long time to put together, but mostly because it was so complicated. The instructions were pretty clear, as these things go. Couple minor complaints: 1) Our bathroom has a bit of a smell with it newly installed. I'm sure this will go away but a little concerning that it is off-gassing. 2) One of the doors arrived with a flaw, the coating was coming off, which is super disappointing. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because the product I received came damaged/scratched. It may have been a return, which is fine, but you would think Wayfair would inspect everything before repackaging. You can clearly see markings and scratches on the legs of the unit. Now, this was fairly inexpensive and now that I have it built, you can’t really see it but I definitely would have had a problem if I paid more for it and it was noticeable. I’ve ordered from Wayfair before and never had this issue. Other than that, I love it. It was fairly easy to build. Just have to pay attention to the instructions. And it’s pretty stable too. I put it together on my own in about 1.5hrs, with two people it would be quicker and easier - but definitely manageable on your own. Took a star away as if you have a baseboard the screws provided to anchor it to the wall are not long enough and youll need to go out and buy longer ones yourself. The wole assembled piece needs to be lifted over the toilet as there are several screws and panels are wall facing and cannot be attached after putting the piece over the wall. This includes the back support for the legs, so make sure you have enough clearlance to lift the piece over the toilet (height +29 in.).
