Durable Small Storage Trunks

This bench came in a box that was so tore up, that I could see through the holes in it that the corners of the bench were damaged. It had other labels on it that told me it was returned at least 2 other times. I’m done with Wayfair.. Denise. Davenport, IA. Fri Feb 28 2025

Nice chest. Material is good quality. Instructions are ok, but they don't include how to put the hinges on the top and back. Easy enough to figure out but not sure which hardware to use for attaching to the back. The short flat screws don't fasten and the longer ones don't fit through the holes on the hinge. Unfinished (Ready to Finish)

The lift-top features a safety hinge, for an added touch if you're using this piece in the same space as little ones.

Nice little unit with a sort of Scandinavian aesthetic because of the simple lines and unfinished, solid wood construction. The box portion was very simple to assemble, but attaching the lid nearly broke me like I was a Chincoteague pony. For starters, opt for a drill and not a screwdriver. Second, the hinge placement was baffling until I realized the little jibber jabbers that the screws go through can be swiveled back and forth to meet the wood at the correct angle. I took a picture of these troublemakers for your reference. My sewing supplies are now very excellently stowed, and I can confidently recommend the box for this or similar purposes. You will also probably be satisfied to use this as a blanket box as long as you mean a box for literally a blanket, as in the one and only blanket you own, in which case what is wrong with you. If you are the owner of many blankets, the we can be friends and also you should probably review the dimensions of this item before purchasing. Let me know if you want to hang out.. Courtney.
