The original delivery was lost and Wayfair caught the problem, sent another, and notified me which goes to show their great customer service! The second rug arrived and overall I am disappointed with the way it was packaged, delivered and quality. The rug was not rolled around a hard cardboard tube to keep it straight, and was folded in half during shipping, and left on my porch folded in half causing deep creases, wrinkles, and waves on both sides of the rug. It looks as though the rug may have been a return because it looks as though it’s been folded into thirds at one point. The overall quality of the knotting is loose and in some spots bare. I used a blue paint pen to color in the bare spots. The edges are not sharp. The wool sheds and already vacuumed a full grocery bag of fibers. I would not buy this rug for a living or dining room, because it looks low quality, unlike other rugs I’ve ordered from Wayfair. I plan on putting it under a queen bed which will hide the many flaws.
