Color was completely off. I received a blue and silver rug, but was pictured and described as ivory and beige. Beautiful in photos but sadly NOT what I received. Wayfair customer service was very helpful in contacting the manufacturer and when that result was not acceptable, they refunded me. I’ll continue to shop at wayfair, great customer care team. Be warned about this particular maufacturer, I won’t be purchasing from them any longer.

This is absolutely the worst rug I have ever purchased. It arrived folded and wrapped in plastic. When we opened it the rug looked like it was used and returned. We paid someone to help put the rug down because it was so large. The rug has been down for 2 months and the folds are still there as well as the rug lays in ripples. So very disappointing. I feel as if I am stuck with a huge mess.

I love it!! The rug came exactly how I thought it would. Also, shipping only took maybe 2 days. I will always order my rugs from here!

Nice rug for the price. The only complaint is one corner curls up no matter what i do - tape, water and books.
