This was the exact shade of blue I was looking for. It's a pretty low pile, so it's soft, but not super soft.

I love the look of this rug. It is soft and beautiful and is a focal point in my room. I only gave it 4 stars because many of the loops seem to snag and I've had to trim them with scissors. I've had it 2 weeks and still vacuum it a couple of times a day due to the shedding. I know this will pass....

I think the quality is good and it seems to be well made. The delivery was on time and we get lots of complements.
