Was told it was an indoor outdoor rug have it outside and is not holding up well . Starting to fray and rip . Color has faded

Update- Ive had the rug less than 3 months and as you can see from the pic the pinks are completely faded out and half the blues. This is NOT a true outdoor rug. But it dries fast from rain and doesnt smell funny after so thats a plus! - I dont think it looks like the picture - that is not red! Its PINK! Like a dark odd pink. I dont want to hassle with returning it and it will do so we are keeping it. Quality looks good though. We will see how it fades through the summer.
