The rug itself is exactly what I expected, the right color and weight. However, it is a 9x12 rug that was folded multiple times when mailed to me. I laid it out on my wood floor for close to a month and finally staged it in a house, hoping the remaining wrinkles wouldn't show too badly. I am not happy with the results. The only thing I can think of is to attempt to steam the carpet and see if that does any good. It is likely too late to return it or I would.

Great rug especially for grabbing dirtsand before people put their feet up on the couch. Easy to clean and doesn’t stain easily

Love the rug! Had to place it under a heavy object for a few days to remove the ripples, but once it was completely flat and at our entry it was perfect.

This is a wood quality jute, not too woven. very smooth finish fo walk on. It’s lightweight get very good material at the same time. I ordered multiples for my balcony and I highly recommend. Easy clean up w/ a vacuum or a quick wash.

I can't wait to get my patio furniture on this rug. It's a large neutral rug, but the pattern keeps it from being boring. It needs to lay out for a bit to get the creases out but I think it will be fine once that happens. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I would recommend.
