We bought this 9 X 12 rug for our son's "man cave" and it far exceeded our expectations. Many indoor/outdoor rugs have a "plastic-y" look and this one did not. It looks like a standard rug, but a little thinner and should withstand not only son's muddy boots, but our two dogs paws as well. Highly recommend for this kinda use!
