First of all , I hated the rug , it was pretty but if you blow it up.... the fringee things on the sides will not let a door shut and will get caught up. Those things on the sides will be a pain, don't order it!!!! Now, the reason I am giving 5 stars is because this place handled the return just as if I was buying something. I was treated well and got an immediate refund with no questions asked . Great customer service whether u order or return
