Soft. More white than cream. Laid flat without much work. Vacuum to fluff it up after you receive it.

Super soft! Arrived with a musty smell, but I've noticed that with several other rugs over the years.

Gray is more of a light blueish gray.

This rug has great colors. Matches the cappuccino color but will transition as I re-paint gray tones. The rug is not as durable as I would like, but its soft and makes the room homey. The 8x10 was not true to its dimensions. Was actually smaller, which was totally disappointing. Im waiting for restock of the 9x12. If size is critical, rethink this rug. If comfortable decor is your goal, I think youd be happy with this choice.
