Easy install from unwrapping it from its original packaging. It laid almost completely flat immediately. It feels very well-made and should last a long time. No fraying. I put it in my kids' play area and it's been perfect on their little feet. The color is so beautiful. Just be sure not to eat or bring drinks onto it as it needs to be professionally cleaned.
