Looks great but not for use in a high traffic area as it sheds, I moved it out of the living room and it is fine in the basement.

Very pretty rug and it looks great in my master bedroom. It is more of a creamy white than a bright white as some other reviewers have posted. It's soft to the bare feet and is the prefect thickness. I have this rug layered and it works fine. I have had my rug for a year and it does still shed. That is expected since it is wool. I have and still have other wool rugs and they continue to shed even after several years of use. The many pro's of this rug.... awesome price, great quality and very pretty far out weigh the con of shedding in my opinion. It takes me less than 5 minutes with my vacuum a couple of times a week to keep the shedding in check. I definitely recommend the purchase of this rug. Shipping and arrival to my front door were exceptional.
