This was my 2nd time ordering this rug. I recently moved and wanted the same rug but in a larger size for my kids' room. First time I ordered rug came rolled up and I had no issues with quality. This time, the rug came in a very crushed and damaged box and it was folded and not rolled. Once I opened it, I noticed it had a snag/pull in it and a small piece was missing along with super thick crease down the center of the rug.
