I love this rug! It’s beautiful and thick so, unlike thin synthetic rugs, there’s no need for a carpet pad underneath. I got the 8’ x 10’ size, which fits perfectly in the sitting area. There are a lot of colors in the rug to pull from to tie in to other furniture and accessories. I took one star off simply due to there being a slight smell when I initially unrolled it (I’m incredibly sensitive to smells), which dissipated after several hours of having the back door open and a fan blowing on low. There was a slight curl to on edge (totally expected given it’s delivered rolled up), which was easily taken care of by placing some heavy books along that edge for a few hours. I am incredibly happy with my purchase and wish it came in more colors!
