I have been buying this coffee maker for years and love it. The only problem is that it doesn't seem to last very long, despite the regular care I give it, i.e., descaling when the light comes on and changing the water filters. And it gives NO warning when it decides to break. One morning I got up and NOTHING. I had power, it lit up and made the usual noises, but the water would not go into the brewer. More recently, I had one that would not hold water in the reservoir. I'd find water all over my countertop and on the floor the next morning. I'm still using it; just waiting until the morning to add the water. But I know its time is limited. Just seems it's a bit expensive to keep on breaking so regularly.. Janlee. Foxboro, MA.
