I’m late to review this but I think that’s for the better! This rug has served us well in a high traffic area with two big dogs. It’s been 3 years We’ve had it professionally cleaned once and shows no sign of wear and tear. We love the soft palette but now we are changing up our living room so this rug will soften our bedroom and I have another rug coming from wayfair to that has different colors.. James. We’re in love with this rug! The colors are amazing and the pile and texture are just perfect. Not too think, not too thin! It’s 100 wool but it has no odor and has not shed at all. There is a slight frayed edge at the top and bottom but they don’t get caught in the vacuum.
