I really didn’t know what to expect from a couch delivered in 2 boxes. Well, I must say I’m rather impressed. It shipped quick and well packaged. Directions were simple. 2 people under 30 minutes from the time I took to empty the boxes, unwrap and put it all together. The back cushions were vacuum sealed and I believe it said to allow 72 hrs for them to reach their fullness. Back cushions could be a little more full, perhaps can be filled. Still comfy though. Seat cushions are firm and comfy. Couch can be set up left or right chaise. I would consider a Velcro under the chaise so that I doesn’t lift up if you’ve decided not to reverse the chaise. Color is a beautiful neutral ivory with a linen look fabric. The tacks add a touch of class to it. Love it!. Christina. US. Sun Dec 11 2022
