Pros: Lightweight (thought it'd be heavier)
Cons: Not so easy to install. This fixture didn't have a way to hook it to the mounting bracket as you're up there, twiddling w/wires and screws so it was a two-person job unless you are okay attaching one wire & letting the entire thing dangle to finish the other attachments. In addition, the stem, which is to extend down long enough to exit the circular cover, as seen in the photo held with the smaller black circular piece, the stem was barely long enough. I had to loosen this stem as much as possible, within the realm of 'barely holding on' in order for this to even exit the surface of this cover. I could not use either of the two washers included (one clear plastic, protective for the exterior cover) as the washers added too much width & there was no more stem to loosen without it falling out. The cover cannot be pushed into the shade, there are small plastic stubs to rest against so the stem needed to extend far enough down to hold this cover in place & again, it's barely holding on. I'd go so far as to be concerned with any vibration, over time, loosening this barely threaded stem and the stem/cover assembly just dropping out. That's probably my overactive imagination. Just be forewarned. Other than the install & barely long-enough stem, it's as pictured and looks nice. Cover is plastic which probably helped as there is a little flex while trying to get the little black circular piece screwed onto the too short, threaded stem.. Renee. Winter Garden, FL.
