NOTHING BUT ISSUES!!! If I still had all the boxes, I would just return the whole thing for a refund!!! Some of the brackets were on wrong so I had to change multiple brackets to get the couch to fit together. I let them know there are gaps in the corners so they sent me new corner sections. As you can see from the photos, there are still gaps in the corners. The arm on the left side of the couch has a foot on the front and back. The back foot does not touch the floor so the arm is not sturdy at all. They sent me a new one of those as well and it has the same issue as you can see from the photos. I was going to swap the brackets around to install it the same as the arm rest on the right as they each attach differently but both the current and replacement pieces each have a screw in them so tight that multiple people have been unable to bust them loose. I am now awaiting another email from the manufacturer to see what they are going to do now. This was my 1st time ordering from Wayfair and will most likely be my last.. Fox. Glencoe, KY.
