I wanted a small sofa for our basement for movie nights or gaming and this is the perfect size. It folds down into a loveseat, and then extends into a bed- perfect for an extra bed when my teenagers have sleepovers with their friends. It has an adjustable tray for snacking or homework, and the arm rests both have deep storage. I keep extra blankets and pillows stored in both arm rests to keep it looking tidy. The sofa was easy to assemble and is light enough to move around easily. It’s also easy to clean. We had a can of soda spill onto the upholstery within the first week, but it wiped off easily and the fabric was easy to treat.
