I'm not sure I would be willing to treat this as a rug and put it on my floor, but I do really like it. We have it draped over a wooden chest and it looks really cool. Very realistic looking faux fur. Has some deeper greyish brown tones at the ends of the hairs. The backing is a very light cream micro suede type fabric. So it doesn't have a typical rug backing and it would slide around a hard floor very easily.. Chantal. Everett, WA. Sun May 19 2019
