I am giving this product 4 stars because it does not make ice as quick as it claim. From my pictures you will see 2 clocks one is the time I started which is at 5:10pm the other is the time I went to go check which is 5:25pm. The very first picture is how much ice it made in 15 minutes. Now do not get me wrong beside the claim of being quick this is a great product. It does make a full bin of ice just make sure you start it a little early before you may need the ice. I went to sleep with it on and I was shocked to see that in the morning there was a full bin of ice. It did not melt away the machine will stop until some of the ice is removed.
