Countertop Bottleless Electric Water Cooler Hot and Cold in Black

This worked really well for my small office. I needed something small for a drink stand for my clients. My only beef with it is the plastic used and not a great filter.

I've had this for about 6 months. I had to run it for such a long time to get that "new machine" taste out of the water. CONS: - It doesn't always turn on. I have to unplug it before it turns back on. Which is really annoying since the plus is in an inconvenient location. I tried contacting the manufacturer but they're based in the UK and couldn't help me troubleshoot. - If I don't turn it on in a couple of days, I have to unplug and re-plug it in to turn on. - I had a couple moments where it wouldn't stop dispensing hot water. PROS: The machine heats up quickly and I like that the water reservoir is removable. It does drip once I remove it but once I put it back in the machine it doesn't. For me, I don't think it's worth the $180 that I paid, even though it was on sale. Purchase at your own risk, knowing there isn't a manufacturer that you can reach out to for troubleshooting or replacement.

I do not recommend either the product or the seller to anyone who does not accept back a device that is not suitable for the customer

The water dispenser is very convenient as I can get hot and cold water immediately without needing pitcher or kettle. Love this!
