So far it’s a great machine. The dryer takes a bit longer but I can handle that.

Very disappointed! I purchased this product to replace my 9 year old GE Laundry Centre of same size. Has a few new features; however the quality and performance of this GE product has gone way down! It is more than defective; there are visible screws that have been over-tightened, bolts on the back are visibly "not" fully screwed in. The unit vibrates loudly while correctly levelled. The washer is extremely loud and does not cycle properly. Rinse cycle on the "Bulky setting" fills to high, and rinses for 30 seconds (that's a huge waste of water!). Dryer cycle on E-saver does not work and "Warm" setting makes the clothing too hot to handle. There is a green light flashing between the washer & dryer that does not go off (google says to unplug unit to reset and problem will be gone - no, problem not gone!). I didn't get a defective product; I got a lemon that was poorly designed. They don't build them like they used to.

Bought this unit in November 2019. This has to be the worst washing machine I have ever bought. You have to baby-sit this thing every minute it is working. It "always" goes off balance and it trys to wash a load of clothes in 2 cups of water. If you change the cycle mid-stream, the lights start to blink and it just sits there wondering what to do. You have to put it on a "bulky" cycle in order to get enough water to wash the clothes. Then everything is wound up in a big knot when it stops. Don't waste your money on this! Very poor "expensive" machine! It has also started to rust around the lid.
