This is a beautiful island hood fan. It's lines are sleek, the black edging is cool, and it works perfectly in our kitchen. It hasn't been installed fully yet but we listened to it plugged in to check it out and it has a comfortable range level.. Peggy. North Gower, ON. Tue Sep 05 2023

It’s not installed yet because it’s a total kitchen remake, but checking the hood out so far it looks perfect. Lisa. Howell, MI. Mon Nov 04 2024

Bring powerful ventilation and modern style to your kitchen with the VENFAN 30 Inch Wall Mount Range Hood. Featuring a sleek stainless steel and tempered glass design, this 900 CFM kitchen vent hood quickly removes smoke, grease, and odours from everyday cooking. The 8-speed fan system, touch and gesture controls, LED lighting, delay shutoff timer, and convertible ducted/ductless installation provide flexible performance and effortless operation for modern home kitchens.

I’ve been really happy with this range hood so far. The stainless steel and curved glass design looks very modern and gives the kitchen a nice updated look. It feels well made and doesn’t look bulky above the stove. The suction is strong and does a great job pulling out smoke, steam, and cooking smells, especially when frying or cooking on multiple burners. I really like having 8 fan speeds because I can keep it low for normal cooking and turn it up when I need more ventilation. The touch controls are responsive and easy to understand, and the gesture control is a nice feature when my hands are messy from cooking. The LED lights are also bright enough to clearly see the entire cooktop at night. Another feature I appreciate is the delay shutoff, so I can leave the fan running for a little while after I’m finished cooking without having to come back and turn it off. Overall, it has a good combination of strong performance, useful features, and a clean modern appearance. Very pleased with it and it has been a great addition to our kitchen.. Jen. Orlando, FL. 30 Inch Island Range Hood

Haven't installed it yet but so far product is good quality. I find it relatively quiet compared to old one. Needs a normal electrical outlet. Old one was hard wired. Instructions are terrible. The baffle is included but not mentioned in instructions. Some modifications needed for my installation. The mount that goes on the ceiling doesn't have a hole to put the plug through and I need to cut the rails a few inches to get the right height. No big deal. The touch controls are actually on the front and in the back. Nice feature.. Anonymous. Corbeil, ON. Fri Dec 01 2023

Backed by reliable warranties, this range hood combines performance, convenience and safety for everyday use.

This is a work in progress. I’m so far very happy with the quality of this range hood. The look is what attracted me to it. I wanted something modern but not too common. I will need to follow up with more pics after is fully installed. It is quite heavy so I’m reinforcing my ceiling just to make sure it is very secure. I can’t wait to try it but so far I’m very happy with the design and quality. Update with more pics. Very nice range hood. I love the hand gesture feature! It works great as I cook I just wave my hand to adjust the speed. Love it!. Romy. Lakeside. Mon Sep 14 2026

I would NOT purchase this item. It had no company information or identifying information on the product or box. There was no manual for installing or using the product in the box. Wayfair now has a link to a manual, but when clicked on it says, "File not found". When I reached out to Wayfair, the manual they sent did not match the hood fan, which took more than 48 hours, which is the window of most items to be returned. As I hired a professional to install the item, they could not review the item and manual together. I tried to find out information from Terisitar, but could not find any corporate information, so it is not clear who manufactures this item. Furthermore, when the item was delivered the box was so battered, despite having “FRAGILE” written very boldly. However, READ RETURN FINE PRINT, because with some items, if you open the box, it cannot be returned!. Lisa. Edmonton, AB. Sat Sep 12 2026

Was very easy to install if you have any mechanical ability, I did it myself. The only problem I had it is came with a small dent and I didn't catch it till I took the plastic protective covering off the shroud. According to the instructions, you have to catch any problems before install. Them are the last things to go on. I inspected them with the protective covering on them and could not see the dent. Other than that it is a very nice unit.. Ah. Meadville, PA. Sun Dec 05 2021

I absolutely love this range hood. In addition to the style it so quiet and very powerful! If you’re goin through a remodel be warned that the chimney was VERY dented and it took multiple attempts to get a chimney that was not dinged and dented, so you will want to open the box and check it thoroughly upon receipt..
