This dresser is really nice. It took four hours to put together with one person doing it. The fact that it has so many drawers was the reason for taking longer. It had 1,000 pieces and 1,000 steps to put it together, but it was pretty easy - just time consuming. It’s quite sturdy feeling and looks great. My only complaint is that the locking mechanism that keeps only one drawer open at a time is kind of loud and clanky. I have it mounted to the wall but it’s super sturdy and wide based if you didn’t. This is a great neutral wood finish that would be perfect for either gender. Plenty of space for storage on the shelves and as the baby transitions to toddler years you have the option to remove the changer on top and just have the shelving to this piece really does it all for a great price point.
