Oreiller Comforel (Ensemble de 2)

Pillow is not comfortable unfortunately. It is super thick, high loft and soft. So it leaves my neck at an angle when laying. There is no zipper to be able to remove some filling either. For some reason the tag lists “Queen” size but it’s crossed off and handwritten as “King”and dimensions. But both pillows are like that. The brand does not say Comforel or Alwyn Home either, so did I get the wrong pillows or what
