The brand label may show a different label name, though will include the ‘Indulgence’ text. These pillows tend to be more like a soft medium texture. If you like a little bit soft, sinking into the pillow, you may like it. The fabric and insides are good, so should last a year. I got two of them, in case I want to slightly stack them together. The ‘stuffing’ is ok as it tends to be even, meaning no lumps, and no ‘smell.’ If you have cooling pillow cases, you will still feel the softness. However, as one pillow, and if looking for something firm, probably best to get an extra firm or firm if the brand has it. Still, a great choice.

Not my first purchase of this product. Love that pillow. My old one was getting pretty old

I was sent the wrong pillow and it took contacting Wayfair 5 times to finally get return labels. Staff I spoke with were all great but the system did not respond beyond our conversation, even after escalating the problem. Someone should be checking this and contacting the customer. Frustrating return experience.

It’s supportive but super comfortable & soft at the same time. The next pillow I buy will be this one or at least from this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is so comfy! It’s stuffed to be pretty fluffy but very breathable. I am a side sleeper and it hasn’t given me any soreness or pain in the mornings so it certainly offers support. I would repurchase!
