The lamp itself is great. It looks beautiful, the colors are vibrant, and it works exactly as expected. We just love these lights. They are great but my only complaint is they are very expensive. I feel like these can be half the price. I have a fairly large yard but nothing crazy and even with $3,000 of lighting there still needs to be more. So basically for 4-5K I think you can have your backyard up to par. Wider light effect: No matter how far it's placed from the wall, the Play wall washer covers three times as much surface in colourful light as other wall washers.

I have two sets of these and these are absolutely amazing to have on the sides of my tv's. Don't be the idiot who didn't think you needed the Hue Sync box to use these with tv's. I have these setup in white for my tv in my living room with the Hue Sync 8k and then black ones in my basement with the 4k Hue Sync box. I have easily over 5k worth of Hue lights in and outside my house, plugged in, attached to hardlined power, 5 bridges (we're gamers and movie watchers) and you need a bridge per sync which is totally fine. It can be pricey depending on what you're buying but its worth the money, i've had Hue lights for years and still have yet to have anything break or die on me. Went on a rant but don't down rate the lights if you don't know what you're doing or don't research properly. I did that once and i got the rail with a rail bar and didn't realize you needed a power box for it...did i rate it a 1 start nahhh because that was on me and so i got the power box rail thingy and guess what the rail bar light behind my tv lights up and does the things because i have the hue sync. I'm between 3.5 and 4 stars so gave the benefit of the doubt here. I wish I bought the neon strip light instead of this flux strip light because the light on the neon strip lights diffuse way better. I don't like that I can see all the individual LED lights on the flux strip light and that the light looks harsher than the neon. I have the older version of the neon light strips and one had a short, so I replaced it and one other working one with this 33ft version. Pros: * Very thin and therefore can be put more places * One continuous strip is great for scenes and color effects * Mounting clips are smaller * Lighter weight than neon Cons: * Can see the distinct LEDs even when mounted facing the ground * Light looks harsh and not organic like the neon lights.
