I like the skillet with lid however the skillet is 12 inches whereas the description says it has 11 inch cooking surface. It is also not as deep as I had hoped it would be. The description says it’s over 5 inches in total. They must be including the lid in this measurement because it’s less than 3 inches in depth. The handles maintain the same temperature even when you’re cooking which is nice. . Marvonne. US. Fri Feb 25 2022

The multi-layer ceramic surface releases cleanly with very little oil and cleans up in seconds, while the aluminium core spreads heat over the full base so nothing catches in the centre. The fitted lid keeps moisture in through the slow part of the cook. Oven safe to 400°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction. Ceramic is nonstick, not no-fat: a little oil, low to medium heat and hand washing keep it performing. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 10-year limited warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

Use country French collection cookware in conjunction with stainless steel food pan to create a double boiler, perfect for foods that cook best in moist heat. Handling instructions: Use only metal safe detergents. For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not scour or scrape the outside colour, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the colour. Classic country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 480 degrees. Never use CCF collection empty, this will overheat the pot/pan and cause damage.
