Sear the perfect steak or craft a flavorful stir fry without worrying about running out of the room; it’s also safe for ovens and broilers.

I like the skillet with lid however the skillet is 12 inches whereas the description says it has 11 inch cooking surface. It is also not as deep as I had hoped it would be. The description says it’s over 5 inches in total. They must be including the lid in this measurement because it’s less than 3 inches in depth. The handles maintain the same temperature even when you’re cooking which is nice. . Marvonne. US. Fri Feb 25 2022

Fantastic! Still not showing any signs of sticking. Been hand washing only. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded. Very well made.. Gordon M.. Sun Feb 16 2025
