This item has thin plexiglass and not "UV glass" as the description says. This item was not constructed correctly and there is was gap at each corner where the wood does not connect completely.

The frame arrived quickly receiving five stars for quick shipping. I could not see any exterior damage to the single outer cardboard layer of the shipping box. But, It appeared the frame was not adequately packaged, for I received a picture frame puzzle. Maybe it was my fault! When I ordered the frame I did not see the note, "some assembly required". But, the broken glass was beyond my ability of putting it back together.(the humpty dumpty syndrome) Also, the back of the frame was separated in two places from the bamboo frontal face. The bamboo was kind of cool. If you have been to Waikiki in then last few years, you will know why this frame was appropriately named. Over all I will have to give this product a one star for the fast shipping and cool bamboo front.

Wayfair customer service was terrific! I called and told them that the glass in the frame was broken and they immediately dispatched another one! Because it came direct from the manufacturer, they told me not to worry and the frame arrived a few days later, perfect condition. The frame is exactly what I wanted for pictures I bought in Florida, wish they came in other sizes.
