Not as sharp as I hoped it would be. Doesn't slice like the description says

Actually, I prefer Kyocera ceramic knives. But this knife is excellent! Equal to the other! Comfortable grip handle, which is so important you dont notice until you lose it. Also, a much better price. This knife has a really comfortable handle grip. Has transformed my vegee fruit cutting experience. Feel like cooking again. Ha! True This great knife makes all the difference. So sharp as it glides right through. Funny how this makes all the difference on actually wanting to go into the kitchen. Watching my weight is so much better with being able to glide through the healthy foods! Yay! Thank you thank you for the low pricehigh quality knife. Sorry for the long review but I want buyers to know this knife is a keeper. Smiles Barbara

this cuts veggies, including tomatos PERFECTLY

I like my knife it cuts veggies so good but be careful it is sharper than I expected and it's so lightweight feels as if you're holding nothing.

I bought this knife thinking it was ceramic. Looking back I realize I was a big dumbo, as the knife is not advertised as ceramic, but it did turn up in my search for "ceramic knife". Needless to say, the knife is NOT ceramic, though it does say that "ceramic knives stay sharper for longer" in its description, adding to my confusion. Though it is not exactly what I wanted, the knife is very sharp and seems to be of good quality. We'll see how it holds up over time...
