While it’s a clever, I love the precision and the sharpness allowing me to use it for various other tasks making it feel like a chef’s knife! I love reaching for it for tasks lately because of i the way it just glides through prep and honestly it’s so satisfying! I particularly enjoy the weight of the knife giving much control over the prep. I love the finish with the hammered textured blade being absolutely stunning and keeping food from sticking to the blade. It’s got an impressive edge making quick work of the smallest details. It’s definitely a tool with a main camera aura, in my kitchen and I’m genuinely obsessed with it!
