My old ones were definitely showing their age, So I was excited to put these to work right away. Calphone Edge utensils feels sturdy and well made without feeling too heavy in my in hand. They are comfortable to use, easy to grip, and held up great through everyday cooking. I have used them for everything including stirring sauces and serving pasta, and they perform exactly as I hoped. The quality feels premium, they're durable, and they look great in my kitchen too. This is one of those kitchen upgrades that you didn't realize you needed until you have it!
