Great for pricing

I have owned this toaster for 4 years already and absolutely love it.

My original toaster didn’t “PowerOn”, so the touch screen wouldn’t work. Toaster worked, but was unable to make any settings. Replacement toaster had same issue. Cuisinart “support team” questioned my ability on operating the device. I had to plug the unit to an outlet and observe a “Power light” to illuminate. Made me send them pictures that I cut power cord off the toaster. I’m almost a month without a toaster and I’m treated like a thief instead of apologizing that they sent me two pieces of junk. The 3rd one is on the way. Maybe I’ll be to be able to tell if a power light comes on

So far this toaster seems to be working properly. Since we have just received it I will wait for a week at least to give it a 100% positive review.

Purchased a few months ago and still works great! I love the touchscreen and the options you can select (defrost, 1 slice, bagel). "Preview" function is also nice.
