Excellent knife

Very sharp and great quality

I’ve used Wüsthof knives for years, as well as other premium knife brands, and this 6" chef’s knife is every bit as good as the best of them. It feels balanced, sharp, and comfortable in hand, with the quality and durability I expect from Wüsthof. One thing I especially appreciate is that the blade is not prone to corrosion/rust spots, which has not always been my experience with other high-end knives. A great everyday knife and an easy recommendation.

I had the classic handles for decades - but recently upgraded to this handles and I love them. These fit in my hands so much better and as I age, I feel they will work better for me.
