Make lovely tarts and quiches with a self-crimped edge. The removable bottom makes for easy release and serving. Comes in a mint exterior colour with a nonstick interior surface.

Really enjoyed using this to make a flaky crust bottom with a topping of pear, arugula and goat cheese tart for company over the Labor Day weekend.
