Meyer CopperClad 12pc Set

Really nice quality and 3asy to clean

As a former professional chef I can vouch for how good this copper clad set is. Great searing capabilities and clearly going to last me a very long time. I also have to comment on the attention to detail with the very thin copper accent lines along the rim, very cool!

I normally don’t write a lot of reviews but decided to do this one because I love my new set so much! We purchased this set after we purchased and induction oven and needed something that would work with our new oven. This set did not disappoint. We LOVE it!! It is a beautiful set! If is heavy and you can really tell the quality of it! It works wonderful with our induction oven. 5 stars from me.

What a gorgeous and well built set. I needed something for our new induction stove and I cannot believe how fast I can boil water and the confidence I have working with such strong and thick steel!

Je suis triste parce que j’étais séduite lorsque j’ai commencé à les utiliser, en raison de leur robustesse et de leur aspect haut de game, mais ils se dégradent rapidement sur le plan esthétique. Ils marquent à l’intérieur (je dois frotter le fond avec du vinaigre à tous coups) et s’égratigne facilement tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, et ce, même si j’en prend grand soins, en suivant à la lettre les conseils d’usage et d’entretien du fabriquant. Le cuivre perd sa couleur rapidement et cette petite tranchée dorée se nettoie et se sèche difficilement. Comme ils ne vont pas au lave-vaisselle et que l’on doit les sécher immédiatement afin d’éviter qu’ils ne marquent ou s’abîment, c’est un pensez-y bien. Avoir su, j’aurais opté pour un autre produit. Mon intention était d’investir dans une batterie qui allait traverser les générations, mais j’ai bien peur qu’ils soient très abimés dans quelques années.

Nice heavy duty industrial pans for home use. As a former chef I sometimes miss having industrial equipment especially products that are going to last. You don’t buy these pans for yourself, you buy them for your grandchildren. I always loved cooking with copper, but never wanted to spent that much money on myself. I find these pans to be a very happy medium and they definitely do not lack in performance. I know everyone is all about induction cooking now days, but i still prefer gas. As an example i can toss a regular pan onto the stove to sauté and have it take a few minutes before it’s true lay ready for use. Meyers copper core pans are ready in seconds. Their pans have cut down on cooking times dramatically since I have purchased and started using them. I would also like to point out how awesome their customer service is as well. Everyone I had spoke to was so kind and caring and were willing to go above the call of duty if need be. My whole experience with Meyer’s was fantastic and i will definitely be making more purchases in the future.

Quality product, easy enough to cook with, even heat dispersion

Love them, I have wanted them for a while, and being manufactured in Canada was the first priority... a decision that tipped the scales. Now that we have them at home.... we couldn't be more happy!
