I have to say that this set is awesome. The company is also awesome. Exactly as described, excellent quality and proudly Canadian. High quality German Stainless Steel, simple timeless style and no gimmicky coatings. It’s definitely worth the price and as for healthy cooking it is worth learning to cook with just stainless steel. There was the tiniest of “dings”“dent” on the rim of the frying pan and I notified the company with pictures. They offered to replace it for free and sent it right away. Now I have 2 frying pans! Very good quality at a very reasonable price for a high quality pan. Edges are nice and high to contain food. Wonderful and even heat distribution.as with any SS pan you must learn how to cook in it. Beauty meet function. The Copperbond set is a stunning addition to the kitchen, not just for looks, but for their ability to perform as a highly sensitive tool in the kitchen. I've had the pleasure of cooking on both standard electric cooktops and induction so far, and if you pay attention to the temperatures you are cooking at, they perform magnificently.
