Couteau à pain Shun Kanso

LOVE this knife! It is truly game changer for slicing a loaf of fresh bread!!

I was looking for a bread knife that would look beautiful sitting out in my kitchen as we always have bread. This knife was it (I am partial to Kanso - love their look and strength). It is interesting becasue it doesn't seem sharp, however, it glides through any crust I've tried as well as other baked goods. Bear in mind it is a heavy knife, but for this type of use it works great.

Fantastic bread knife, the wave edge is somewhat unique and cuts just perfect.

Like all of Shun's blade, very high quality steel that can hold and retain a very sharp edge without dulling.

Razor sharp, works great. Goes well with the cleaver I have from the same product line.
