Lid doesn’t latch and the glass sounds like it’s going to crack

The crockpot is okay, but it was the wrong colour. I ordered gray and received white. This is the second time this has happened within a week. A lady called me and sent a return label, now I need another label. Totally unacceptable as it was to be a Xmas gift. Hopefully I will not have to pay anything for these returns. Most probably will not purchase anything else from Wayfair. Hopefully I receive a return label very promptly.
