Tradition 7 pouces Santoku

The knife is fantastic but didn’t come with a sheath, which is problematic. I ordered one from Henckel, but despite it being made for that length knife it doesn’t fit properly due to the way he handle in angled.

I am an actual chef in Bruce County Ontario Canada. I love this knife and in fact, my team has borrowed my knife on the line in hot moments during service specifically because my knife is superior. I have the greatest need for cutting and trimming the slightest leaves of Thai Chillie Peppers and I can do it ith no problem ith the 7 inch cantoku of this quality. Everything else is just diminishing returns after this beauty. But thats why im here becuase this has done me so much justice ive earned my place on the line to afford a collection. But this right now is my carpenters hammer thats hat the corporate chef of the chain called it for me .
