I have a kitchenaid stand mixer that doesnt do as well with dough as this 100 hem (shipped!!)! I saw this recommended on a sour dough group site so for 100, I gave it a try. Its great. Nice mixer at a good price. I couldnt believe that I was able to buy this mixer for less than some hand held mixers. I love the bowl it locks into place, the attachments you get are good. You will be happy with your purchase, this is a very good mixer. I purchased the red one because I have my kitchen done in chickens and roosters and red is the primary color used.
