The water tank is easy to remove and fill up and slides back in with little effort. I love that you can choose how many ounces you want to brew, and if you want to brew it regular or bold. It also has the option for brewing iced coffee which my daughter loves to use. We haven't had any issues so far. We've used other Flex Brew machines in the past and this one seems to brew even faster than the others which is awesome. It has a removable bottom tray to catch any drips and it's easy to clean out. Overall this machine brews delicious coffee and we use it about 6 times a day and love it.
