Great looking product, the fan is actually powerful, wasnt expecting to be that powerful. The light is nice to have and installation on the wall is easy although the cabinet part is a challenge because it needs a bigger cutout allnd also the shape square to circle to fit exactly and cover is very hard to find or not available so you may need some workaround to sill it off

I just received this unit today. The package was damaged in multiple places with one portion torn on the side and two dents in the unit. I contacted the manufacturer directly as indicated on the box and was told they could only offer warranty coverage of parts and service repairs - they were not responsible for any shipping damages. I was then told to contact Wayfair for next steps. I have submitted a problem ticket to Wayfair, which is stating the issue will be forwarded to the manufacturer! My concern is if the box is damaged that badly, I can only assume there was rough handling along the way and my concern is with the functioning of the unit itself. I will wait for feedback in the next couple of days as offered by Wayfair to see what resolution looks like. UPDATE: The manufacturer has responded to the inquiry and has agreed to replace the unit through Wayfair. The communication for the return and replacement has been OUTSTANDING and is already in process. I have to change star rating to 5-star as the manufacturer and Wayfair has made good on their ends of things. This gives me more confidence in ordering from Wayfair and from Cosmo.

Fits our smaller kitchen perfectly and warms up food well. The vent fan could work better, but overall happy with it
